Responsibilities:


·       Responsible for
managing of Compensation & Benefit strategies and HRIS which support
organizational development effectiveness.


·       Responsible for
overseeing the compensation and benefits division of a company. Analyzes
compensation data within an organization and evaluates job positions to
determine classification and salary.


·       Administers employee
insurance, pension and savings plans and works with insurance brokers and plan
carriers.


·       Manage Compensation
& Benefit to be attractive in the market. Manage Payroll outsources all
payment on accuracy and timeline. Manage all employee database Ori soft and
People Soft software on accuracy and timeline.  


·       Manage all employee
database are in place both soft file and document control management.


·       Ensure all proceeds
align with any Audits with disruption. Design, implement, and manage salary
classification and compensation programs.


·       Conduct analysis of
compensation and benefits within company. Prepare occupational classifications,
job descriptions, and salary scale. Oversee competitive analysis, merit
increases and salary structure.


·       Develop job
descriptions for various positions and determine appropriate base pay. Analyze
surveys to ensure appropriate compensation across all departments.


·       Forecast budget for
salary increases. Advise on salary increase requests. Negotiate collective
agreements on behalf of employers or workers.


·       Research job and
worker requirements, structural and functional relationships among jobs and
occupations, and occupational trends.


·       Advise employees on
state and federal employment regulations, collective agreements, benefits and
compensation policies, personnel procedures and classification programs.


Requirement:


·       Report to Sr. Human
Resources Manager, Thai male, female age 35 years old up.


·       Minimum 10 years
working experience in HR - Compensation and Benefit Management preferably
within manufacturing environment, automotive industry would be an advantage.


·       Strong interpersonal
and communication skills.


·       Strong
experience in implementation and operating People Soft and Ori soft Software is
a must


·       Good communication in
English would be an advantage.


·       Good personality and
skill to salve with day to day problems.


·       Strong decision making
and problem solving.


·       Ability to work as a
good team member and motivate team working as a group.
