Job Title:Quality Manager – TRIM
Position:Quality Manager – TRIM
Location:Chonburi - Rayong
Reference:Plan, implement and review appropriate quality and environmental audits

·       Report to Plant Manager.

·      Responsible to ensure continuous
improvement is made in overall of production quality.

·      Be the primary point
of contact for the operation in responding to quality critical customer issues.

·      In charge of quality
measurement performance and other “Customer Specific” initiatives.

·      Ensure that
responsible plant successfully implement applicable World Class Quality Systems
and are certified / compliant with BOS, QS-9000, VDA 6.1, ISO / TS16949, etc.
as appropriate.

·      Drive continuous
improvement of post S.O.P, Supplier Development and Quality performance.

·      Manage quality report
and corrective action processes for Supplier issues.

·      Assess and approve
post S.O.P. Supplier PPAPs and provide the appropriate technical support to
help a supplier resolve a critical issue.

·      Development of
Manufacturing Quality resource budgets staffing needs, participate in the
interview process and add resources as needed.

·      Establish and set up quality
team in the plant, including definition of applicable methods and processes;
continually develop quality management system

·      Coordinate the
establishment and implementation of the Process System of the plant. Continually
improve process and product quality

·      Ensure the quality
requirements of both internal and external customers are met. Support for the
quality management system in accordance with TS16949 and ISO14001

·      Lead to continuous
improvement of quality processes in the plant

·      Provide support for
serious quality problems and or critical quality situations personally by
establishing or maintaining necessary customer contacts and leading problem
solving process

·      Plan, implement and
review appropriate quality and environmental audits

·      Establish quality cost
controlling and controlled intervention

·      Manage employees
including appropriate employee development plan together with Human Resources
department; responsible for job-related coordination of quality employees in
the production team

·      Supporting safety



·       BA or higher in Engineering or other relevant

·       Minimum 8 -10 years working experience in
Quality Management (QA, QC, QSM and etc.) preferably from multinational
automotive industry.

·       Experience from automotive parts which has
made from leather or textiles materials would be an advantage.

·       Experience in automotive seating or automotive
interior products would be an advantage.

·      Knowledgeable of ISO
TS 16949, ISO 14001 and hands on skillful in using TS 16949 tools.

·      Strong leadership with
good problem solving skills. Strong analytical thinking with 5 Why AND 8D
concept mindset.

·       Good command of English and proficiency in PC
