? Education in 4 year degree level preferably in an engineering/technology field or business commercial subject.
? Typically 2 years minimum in a purchasing or related commercial role, and/or 3 years minimum in a manufacturing/production environment
? Good quality understanding; Auditor Certificate will be a plus
? Thorough knowledge of business and financial matters
? Strong focus on teamwork and possess superior problem solving, financial and analytical skills
? Ability to lead cross-functional work teams towards common goals and providing strategic guidance to senior management on forward initiatives
? Demonstrate a solid grasp of business concepts, realistic judgement and quantitative and critical thinking skills
? Strong results orientation and drive, high degree of creativity and independent thinking, excellent interpersonal and strong facilitation and coaching skills
? Presentation skills, written and oral, are critical for documenting and communicating the strategy throughout the organization
