Manager
Responsibilities:
· Responsible for
coordinating all aspects of material flow and part delivery to customer and
within the organization .
· Create, maintain and
execute material logistic strategies to reduce cost, optimize inventory and
minimize obsolete.
· Supervise the
activities of employees relating to the forecasting, ordering, receiving,
storing, inventorying, issuing, and shipping of parts and products.
· Establishes a
materials management/supply chain strategy to promote Lean processes.
· Focus on reducing
inventory through implementing pull, or improving the current pull system.
Maintain Kanban systems and co-ordinate materials movement between warehouses
& shop floor.
· Plan, organize,
direct, manage and evaluate the material management activities and budget of an
organization.
· Responsible for the
layout of the warehouse and other storage areas, keeping turnover, size,
weight, and related factors of the items stored in mind.
· Oversee incoming and
outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness, and condition of
shipments.
· Responsible for
reporting Materials related metrics to the organization.
· Supervise material
handling for raw material. Establish cycle counting program.
· Train warehouse
employees on the care and preservation of products received, stored, and
shipped.
· Responsible for
determining the proper methods and use of equipment in handling, storing,
maintaining and shipping stock.
· Collaborate with
production personnel to resolve problems affecting production schedules.
Requirement:
· Thai male age over 35
years old up.
· BA or higher Degrees
Holder in Supply Chain or Logistic Management is preferred or other relevant
fields e.g. Engineering (Industrial Engineering), Industrial Management or Business
Administration and etc.
· At least 5 years
managerial experience in the areas of total supply chain management is
preferred or in materials management, production planning and control,
inventory management, import / export, logistic and warehouse management and
transportation management.
· Good command of
English and strong proficiency in ERP system operating preferably MFG PRO or
any other related program.
· Well organized and
excellent planning and leadership skill.
· Result driven and appears
to be a good team player.
