| Details: | We are looking for Cabin Crew 2 Thai nationality, for Falcon 7x plane; based Oman, who are pleasant, confident and service oriented to join its rapidly expanding network.
The Private company service worlwide for 51 country of business , the Oman based carrier is looking at individuals.
Qualification
• Males / Females (Preferable Female Candidates) Age 30 - 37 years old
• Bachelor's or Master?s Degree International Program / Hospitality / Hotel and Tourism/ English Major / MBA are preferred /with at least 5 years working experience
• be fluent in spoken and written English - essential as all verbal and most written communication is in English (TOEIC 700 UP only )
• fluency/proficiency in Mandarin, Cantonese, or any other Asian language advantageous
• Experienced in Personal Assistant, Customer Service, Guest Relations, Account Management or Travel-industry background
• exhibit excellent client empathy
• possess an excellent telephone manner and have a good attitude
• know the client base and anticipate their needs
• be extremely proactive & be creative - ?think outside the box?
• have great attention to detail
• use own initiative - essential in delivering quality service
• be reliable - excellent time keeping is crucial to this role
• effectively manage requests from initiation to completion - project management is key
Working hour: Mon - Fri 9.00 - 18.00
