Job description Position: Accounting and Finance Manager base in Samutprakarn/Rayong as below:
Report to Finance Controller
Responsibilities:
AFM will ensure good financial decisions and drive financial improvement in the pre and post launch phases of business.
This includes responsibility for Business Planning, Product Costing, Product Pricing and Customer Interface on financial issures.
Develop new business plans, which assess strandard financial measurables (ROI, ROS, etc.).
As part of a quotation team, develop quotations, which will be submitted to our customers.
Work with a complex Bill of Material to understand and cost product.
Work with a variety of Manufacturing processes and related costs.
Develop competitive pricing strategies as part of quotation team.
Attend project team meeting.
Follow up on open financial issues until resolution.
Perform monthly financial up dates on programs Phase 1-5 for top managment.
Explain roduct costs to our Customer's Financial Analysis.
Set cost targets for suppliers.
Costrol development spending including tooling and engineering.
Initiate product cost reduction efforts.
Requirement:
Bachelor degree in Accounting Engineering, Finance or related field.
Advanced degree (MBA) and or Professional Accreditation (CMA, CFA, CMA) are preferred.
5 years plus of professional experience in Finance Management or Project Management in a Manufacturing environment is preferred.
Qualities: Proficiency in English language skills required , Good analytical skills to evaluate complex situation and provide creative solution.

Ability to report and consult with key managers (MD, PD, CM, FC) on critical financial issues
Commercial acumen
Managerial competence to work within the general goals and direction provided by managerial team
Measurable Outputs:
Up dated and accurate Cost BOMS for pre-launch programs
Up dated and accurate program spending for pre-launch programs
Up dated and detailed financial roadmaps with evidence of progress to achievement of financial goals.
