Job description Position: Program Manager base in Rayong as below:
Responsibilities:
This individual will be responsible for Program Management activity, under the direct supervision of the Director of Program Management for Thailand. Duties will include:
Preparation of program timelines
Formation of the Simultaneous Development Teams (SDT)
Scheduling and conducting regular SDT meetings
Preparation of program review documentation
Maintenance of action plans to keep or get program on track to the BOS PLUS system
Work with our customers to resolve product, commercial and quality issues during early pilot builds and through to product introduction (Post Job 1).
Prepare management reports on the status of programs at least monthly for JCI review and weekly for internal review
Work with the supply base to develop launch time lines and monitor and implement corrective actions when program timing is not meet.
Skill/Requirement:
Program management experience as lead or launch team member
Fluent English speaking skills
Fluent computer skills in Excel, Word, Microsoft Program Manager
Strong leadership skills
Foreign language abilities ; German, Japanese, Chinese
Engineering background
Education preferred Required:
Bachelors degree in Business Management or Engineering
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering with minor in business management.
Minimum of 5 Years experience in the Automotive industry.
Background in Quality, Program Management or Engineering disciplines. |
