Responsibilities:
Lead /participate problem resolution teams regarding test fail
Ensure qualified test equipment and personnel are available when and where COP testing is performed.
Establish and document methods & instructions for COP testing.
Assure test equipments are properly used and maintained
Ensure equipment calibration systems are in place and meet all requirements.
Assure test are performed according to control plan, customer requirements, Legal requirements and Global Stds.
Report conformities / non conformities to PQ / PQM
Following of action plans in case of non conformities
Assure Statistical analysis of test data.
Plan and perform necessary COP, Homologation and requlation test
Overal Budget control
Overal manpower control and balance.
Employee motivator and trainer (lead by example)
Qualifications:
Master or Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or suitable qualification.
Direct experience in Automotive Electric field as Testing and at least 2 years work as Manager level. Age around 30-45 years.
Very Good in English Communication Both writting and verbal
