Job description Position: Business Development Manager base in Chonburi /Bangkok as below;


Job scope:


Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market. Managing sales or Business Development team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area and contributes to the development of services and generate the fresh revenue with healthy margin from new customers. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities. Work with Senior Business Development Manager for customer selection, revenue generation in line with direction from top management in case of special pricing needed, then negotiate and win contracts. Work with the support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the performance and development of the BD Executives.

  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.

  • Initiates and coordinates development of action plans to penetrate new markets.

  • Assists in the development and implementation of marketing plans as needed.

  • Conducts one-on-one review with all BD Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of BD Executive?s sales and activity performance.

  • Provides timely feedback to senior BDM regarding performance as 0.55 Milo fresh monthly revenues.

  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.

  • Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports submitted by BD executives.

  • Creates and conducts proposal presentations and RFQ responses.

  • Assists BD Executives in preparation of proposals and presentations.

  • Team motivation and internal Sales and Marketing training support.

  • LSA Management Create contract proposal in proper solutions
