Report to: Managing Director
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise all Health Safety and Environment in factory to corporate criteria, government requirement and customers? expectations.
Implement corporate HSE policies.
Build and optimize HSE system and polices
Timely report HSE activities to corporate
Train employees to well understand HSE policies
Verify weak HSE areas and work with team to come up with corrective or preventive plans
Lead and support the HSE activities requested by customers
Set Safety committee in organization to check and build safe working environment for employees.
Travel including overseas is necessary
Qualifications:
7 years or above manufacturing experience and at least 2 year managerial experience
Bachelor degree and major in Safety, Health or Environment
Good command of MS
Fluent in English speaking, reading and writing
Strong leadership and team player
Problem shooting capability
Hands on
