Requires good communication skills both written and verbal. Must process good organizational and time management skills to ensure all Quality policies and procedures are maintained. Ability to direct, motivate and control QA staffs and other colleagues to drive quality excellence. Ability to carry out audits and to organize and deliver .Requires in-depth understanding of ISO/TS16949, OHSAS18001 and ISO14001 systems. Must understand Quality Tools and principles.
Education/Experience (minimum required):
Bachelor degree or above. Experience of quality in automotive manufacturing process environment. Good command of Microsoft and ERP system |
