Basic Responsibilities
1. Take action in developing and improving trim cover product as Customer requirement of launch program.
2. Lead in trim cover appearance approval and master seat sign-off
3. Work align with Trim Engineer to ensure all issue related trim cover design was closed
4. Release trim cover package
5. Lead in problem solving and improve the trim cover product to eliminate problem.
6. Providing trim cover developing and improving information to commercial for cost calculation.
7. Managing and controlling trim cover pattern changes to the product following Product Change Management
System
8. Coordinate communications and notification of trim cover product changes and development between customer and our plant.
9. Lead in problem solving and recommending and execution of trim cover product changes where needed
in order to correct non-conforming conditions or to provide continuous improvement with the trim cover product.
10. Direct and monitor trim cover product changes, developing and improving.
11. Evaluate cost effectiveness of proposed engineering changes and recommend course of action to Management of JSI.
12. Evaluate cost saving of trim cover product development.
13. Developing and improving trim cover product as requirement of cost saving and VA/VE proposal.
14. Works align with trim construction drawing, specification & BOM. |
