- Knowledge in trim covers pattern and part definition
- Knowledge in Trim material nap direction.
- Knowledge in Fabric type and scrim type.
- Understand trim covers and patterns complexity
- Knowledge in sewing quality target.
- Knowledge in Leather zone and quality selection.
- Knowledge in needle type selection.
- Knowledge in Product Launch System (PLUS).
- Knowledge in quality issue related in sewing and explanation how to close
- Able to work on Trim CAD software (AcCumark, Optitex)
- Organizational skills.
- Product engineering background of fabric patterns design.
- Effective communication skills in English and Thai.
