Key Responsibilities:
Customer liaison on quality issues and addressing customers’ issues.
To assist in the evaluation, development and implementation of quality processes and methods within the ASEAN manufacturing facilities.
To ensure the quality system meets or exceeds any customer, corporate, or internal requirements and any other related requirement within the Quality Systems.
To coordinate statistical process control, continuous improvement activities.
To maintain the quality system, through SPC charting, cost of quality and reporting.
To coordinate supplier development and perform surveys.
To coordinate internal and external system audits. To monitor internal and supplier processes using Process Documentation such as Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plant etc.
To participate in developing Quality related documentation, systems, or training.
To coordinate customer, internal, and supplier corrective and preventive actions.
To coordinate the development, control, calibration, and usage of inspection gages and equipment including training.
