Key Responsibilities:
To coordinate Manufacturing Engineering department activities which consist of defining the manufacturing processes including procuring equipment, tools, spare parts, fixtures, and other needed manufacturing resources.
To procure equipment and tools which meet our corporate and customer Quality requirements.
Create operator documentations, study and define cycle times and production targets.
Provide training (Product and Process) to related persons (Production staff and Maintenance technicians.
Plan & enhance mistake proofs, line balancing and material handling for the existing and new projects
Help coordinating customer concerns with other departments. Responsible for timely response to customer
To participate and promote cost reduction, continuous improvement activities, Health and Safety awareness, and adherence to ISO/TS 16949 System.
To perform any other duties directed by the Manager.
Understand the effect on the health, safety and environment of departing from specified operation procedures (work practices) and the potential legal consequences to the employee and the company.
