Key Responsibilities
The primary function and responsibility of the Launch Manager, is to coordinate and monitor the Launch Managers and/or Launch Coordinator activities in preparing the plants for a product launch, mid cycle enhancement, or any other launch project as identified by Program Management utilizing the Plant Launch Glide Path System. The Launch Manager will coordinator multiple plants activities as required by the Director of Launches.
Personal Requirement:-
Working knowledge of ISO/QS9000 as a minimum. Working knowledge of computers and standard business software (Microsoft Office as an example).
Strong leadership skill, problem solving skill, initiative and proactive.
Etc. as per skill matrix
Good command in English.
Bachelors or Master Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Engineer Management or any related field.
Must have been Plant Manager or Staff Manager for 6 to 10 years in a plant site shipping product to OEM customer.
