Key Responsibilities:
Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency , Planning , Store , PKC
Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems.
Create policies or procedures for all logistics activities.
Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements.
Train shipping department personnel in roles or responsibilities regarding global logistics strategies.
Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records.
Personal Qualifications:
Male or Female Age 38-45 years old.
B.S. or M.S. Degree in Engineering or related fields.
8+ years of Logistic field
must knowledge of SAP System
must knowledge ERP or MRP systems.
must knowledge of transportation and logistic is a must
Excellent computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a creative and open mind towards alternative methods.
Feels comfortable with a hands-on approach to process and 'equipment.
Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Strong decision-making, problem- solving, multi-tasking and organizational skills.
Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate employees at all levels.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interface with all levels of personnel within Meyer from workers to top management, plus marketing arms, vendors and customers.
Self-starter, able to work with little direct oversight. Strong work ethic, thrive under pressure.
