Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement training programs to support business operations and individual staff development
Play a key role in developing and managing the HRD operations – Competency program, Career Path & Development,
Succession Plan, and Talent Management etc.
Liaises with departmental heads so as to understand all necessary aspects and needs of staff training and development and to ensure that objectives,
purposes and achievements of the programs are fully informed.
Qualification:-
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resources Development or related fields.
Over 3 years of experiences in implementation or managing of Human Resources Development program such as competency,
career path & development program, succession & talent management.
Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills in English and Thai with computer literacy.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with little direct supervision.
Good command in English both spoken and written.
Positive thinking and can do attitude
