Responsibilities:
· Providing leadership
to assigned personnel and managing all production and related activities in
compliance with company regulations.
· Participating in plant
quality level improvement activities to meet customer expectations associated
with QC, and to drive quality systems required by customers
· Participating in
process improvement activities including those relating to equipment modification,
lay out changes and equipment specification & installation.
· Reviewing performance
indicators relating to production objectives and targets on both a weekly and
monthly basis to ensure department objectives are met
· Motivating
subordinates to broaden their scope of responsibility & accountability.
· Coordinating with
Maintenance and Manufacturing Engineer to maximize manufacturing machine
availability.
· Providing sufficient good quality tools and
accessories in accordance with manufacturing requirement.
· To achieve new product
line launch according to the company’s performance.
· Implementation of line
audit and keep monitoring the issue log till its close implemented
· Able to provide
appropriate control in production group
· Drive and implement the
company’s manufacturing principle to support potential business growth.
· Able to support the
company’s yearly business plan and drive team to achieve the goal.
· Lead team to launch
new plant, improve for employee skill,
coaching, training and continuous improvement in shop floor control
· Full implementation
for 5S in shop floor area
· Perform duties that
have been assigned by Plant Manager.
Requirement:
· Over 35 years, Thai
male
· Bachelors or Master
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Production Engineering, Engineer Management
or any related field.
· Minimum
5 -8 years working experience in
Production, Manufacturing Operation Management, Production Process Improvement,
Lean Manufacturing preferably within multinational automotive manufacturing
environment, with at least 3 years in managerial level.
· Experience in
automotive seating or automotive interior product manufacturing would be an
advantage.
· Knowledge in Lean
Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement, TPS, TS / ISO 16949 is
preferred.
· Good command of
English Communication.
· Computer literate.
