1. Create and evaluate
new fixture, new program for new products or special requirement.
2. Qualify new equipment’s
/ tools
3. Conduct of
continuous enhancements and improvements of team skill, knowledge, performance
and measuring quality.
4. Managing all
machines to serve the parts that need measurement service to meet KPI
5. Conducts training
for lab supervisor and technicians to educate personnel on methods, requirements
and regulations in support of accurate measurement.
6. Coordinates with
another section or department for development, or quality control of processes
or products.
7. Controlling and
managing consumable materials and spare parts
8. GR&R
, Cg, Cgk analysis
Required
Qualifications:
-
Minimum 4 years’ experience in Measuring Laboratory Engineer level.
-
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering –Measurement, Mechanical, Electrical,
industrial technology, or similar.
