Responsibilites:· Set up, plan and manage strategies for overall
of quality implementation and control to support production process, product
quality and suppliers management.
· Responsible for establishing, reviewing and
managing annual quality improvement plans as well as Plant operational plans to
ensure effectively of operation and business achievement.
· Responsible for continuous improvement in
quality key measure performance and customer satisfaction for assigned area.
· Responsible to ensure that all QE deliverables
(e.g.: Quality Objectives, MSA, Control Plans, Part Inspection, Capability
Studies, and Customer PPAP) are executed on time and to the appropriate level
of detail.
· Develop key Customer relationships in the
Supplier Quality Area for successful execution of our launches.
· Develop key internal relationships, with the
goal of removing roadblocks and resolving issues for successful execution of
our launches.
· Develop QE resource budgets and staffing
needs, participate in the interview process and add resources, as they are
required.
· Develop and execute Individual Development
Plans and performance reviews for each QE.
· Participate in the quoting process to ensure
that the appropriate quality resources and objectives are considered prior to
receiving the Business award.
Requirement:
· Thai male / female age 40 years old up.
· BA or higher in Engineering or other relevant
fields.
· Minimum
8 -10 years working experience in Quality Management and Control (QA, QC, QSM
and Supplier Quality) preferably from multinational automotive industry with at
least 5 years in managerial level.
· Experience from automotive parts tier 1 manufacturing or
multinational OEM would be an advantage.
· Experience in automotive seating or automotive interior
products would be an advantage.
· Knowledgeable of ISO 14001 and hands on skillful
in using TS 16949 tools.
· Knowledgeable and
experience in implementation of QS9000.
· Knowledgeable of Continuous
Improvement Concept, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Total Quality Management,
PPAP, FMEA, Control Plans, DoE, SPC would be an advantage.
· Good command of English and proficiency in PC
operating.
