Special Skill:
- Support the company network planning and maintenance
- Support and manage IT
infrastructure, physical server and VMware,
printer, access control, data center, telephone and mobile devices.
- Responsible for hardware and software planning, setup,
installation, upgrade and maintenance
- Responsible for users and equipment administration
management.
- Conduct IT training for user to familiarize with
standard application/software
- Support local vendor activities and provide
information for trouble-shooting
- Support internal and external users
in terms of any trouble shooting, technical issue and software/hardware
problems
- Co-ordinate
and work with IT central team.
- Stand-by
for emergency support and co-ordinate with IT central team.
- Other
duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Male or Female, Thai national, age between 28-40 yr.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Business Computer, Computer
Engineering, Computer Science or other related areas.
- At
least 5 years work experience in IT support, Network or System
Administration
- Service minded, good problem solving, communication
and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Proactive and experience in factory environment
