and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s
Degree in Occupational Health & Safety or Professional Safety Officer
Certificate
- 5-10 years
experience in Occupational Health, safety and environmental function
- Excellent
knowledge of Thai Occupational Health and Safety Regulation and Advanced
knowledge of safety and Environment standards (ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to
relate to employees, suppliers and customers. Strong communication skill in
both Thai an English
- Must have a good practice in organizational,
analytical, problem solving, and management skills.
Job Scope:
- Ensure that
legal requirements and other requirements of Occupational Health, safety
and environmental standards with respect to factory operations are
identified, established and implemented.
- Establish
the factory “Health, Safety, Security and Environment” operation
procedures and oversee their application.
- Managing
workplace safety inspections and providing recommendations regarding
safety control measures to prevent hazards and accidents, and, conducting
occupational health monitoring programs and health risk assessments for
all employees, and, reporting to the local authority as per related regulatory
requirements.
- Leads Safety
activities and developing safety mindset among employee, PIC for safety training
programs.
- Researches
and keeps apprised of changes in safety laws affecting factory operations.
- Ensures, in accordance with the Corporate
guidelines, the implementation, updating, review and auditing of the
Company Occupational Health, safety and environmental Systems
