Qualification:
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies,
sourcing for a new supplier to make a comparison both quality and cost aspect.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or related fields.
- Experience in Purchasing for Manufacturing environment.
- Proven working experience as purchasing at least 5 years.
- Familiarity with sourcing and vendor management.
- Interest in Market dynamics along with business sense.
- Skillful in negotiation and networking
- Ability to gather and analyze data and to work with figures, solid judgement along with decision making skills.
- Strong leadership capabilities
- Good Command both of written and spoken in English.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies, sourcing for new supplier to make a comparison both quality and cost aspect.
- Craft negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms.
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear
requirements and all requirement are met accordingly.
- Perform cost and scenario analysis, and
benchmarking
- Assess, manage and mitigate risks
- Seek and partner with and timing of
deliveries
- Monitor and forecast upcoming levels of
demand.
