Job Description
· Being responsible for an HR Leader for all activities
relating to people Management.
· Driving the HR team to deliver recruitment, ER, Performance Management,
C&B, and payroll and safety requirements.
· Managing smooth HR deliveries for head office and branches.
· Ensuring standard operating procedures and other activities
are in compliance with the headquarters requirements.
· Liaising with stakeholders (branch managers and other heads
of departments) as well as providing HR advice to best respond to operational
requirements and business goals.
· Coaching HR subordinates.
· Strengthening HR foundations and operational activities.
Qualification:
· Thai Nationality, Male / Female
· Bachelor degree or higher in Human Resources Management or
related field
· At least 10 years’ experience in Human Resources and
Administrative function in multinational manufacturing companies and more than
7 years in Management level experience.
· Very good English communication (reading, writing, speaking)
· Knowledge & Experience in Compliance, EHS, People
Management, HRD / HRM / HRBP, Com & Ben, ER and Labour Union, Performance Management,
Administration.
· Computer literacy. |
