- Ensure month-end closing reporting
in a timely and correct manner
- Perform month-end closing activity
such as but not limited to and in coordination with Finance Service Center
Phils (FSCP)
- Preparation of journal entries such
as accrual, reclassification, and adjustment
- Posting of Accounting and
Controlling journal entry to SAP (accruals, payroll, cost center correction,
etc)
- Upload journal entry supporting document
in SAP
- Update bank payment rate and month-end
rate in SAP
- Bank reconciliation for Deutsche /
Citi and SCB bank
- Calculation of inventory OPS and
devaluation
- Foreign currency revaluation
- Verify employee claim/reimbursement,
ensure compliance in accordance with employee claim policy and transmitting the data to the cockpit system
