OVERVIEW:
We are searching for a director to lead and drive Product Management, Technical and Catalogue Support for Automotive Replacement in SEA who possesses the leadership skills to operate effectively in a matrix environment and have confidence in supporting aggressive growth plans. The person should have a consultative and collaborative leadership style, in supporting the Sales & Marketing Team in Automotive Replacement market by setting the Product strategy and roadmap, organising technical information and training to customers, field sales and marketing employees. The person is also experienced in building effective teams. We are only shortlisting driven, resilient, enterprising, agile and motivated leader who wants to be part of a growing company.

The director, Product development, cataloguing & Technical Support, AR, SEA’s specific responsibilities will fall into three primary areas:
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
This person must have at least 10 years hands on experience in product management and technical support to support growth plan in the assigned countries or region.
• Minimum 10 years, proven track record in product management with the Automotive Power Transmission industry
• Possess a university degree in Product marketing, Automotive Engineering, business or equivalent
• Attentive to details.
• Ability to think strategically with a commercial acumen to integrate product, marketing, communications and technical support.
• Excellent communication and outstanding presentation skills, both written and oral.
• Strong analytical, interpersonal and networking skills.
• Able to work independently and also as a team player.
