Job Responsibilities:
- Provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth,
customer acquisition levels and profitability.
- Import & Export for all INCOTERMS by Air, Sea, Land (Cross-border) shipment with privilege concerned such as
SEC29, BOI, Blue corner, Bonded, Free Zone, IE, NVOCC, packing, installation, Heavy transport and etc.
- Control, Issue quotation for Import & Export shipment to customers / Overseas Agent / Head Quarter.
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities,
and potential for new products and services.
- Negotiate transportation /sub-warehouse /sub-contractor/suppliers rate & service.
- Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Follow company rules and compliance the policy.
- Training in the team needs to succeed.
- Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
- Continuously improve through feedback.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
- Direct report to Sales Manager/General Manager/Director/Managing Director
