- Accounting Manager
- Key purpose of the role: Responsible for the accounting operations of the organization in the areas of taxation, cash management, financial reporting and human resources management.
- In charge of Monthly and Weekly Management Reports
- Handle debtors report and manage receivables
- Approve invoices received and payment to supplier
- Review monthly closing result and prepare statutory financial statements
- Prepare Accounts Schedule and liaise with External Auditors
- Responsible for local taxation, revenue department's regulations, half year and full year corporate tax submission together with other related business taxes
- Take care of Monthly Payroll including commissions, gasoline and telephone deduction
- Handle coaching and supervising Accounting staffs on system knowledge, accounting knowledge and taxation to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation and efficiency
- Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- 10+ years for Accounting Manager and minimum 5 - 8 years for Supervisor Executive Position working experience in a Accounting, Finance and Admin role with CPA holder is a plus.
- Experienced in 400 staffs company size with global practice. Multitasking skills with CAN-DO attitude.
- Good understanding of accounting principles including accrual accounting, reconciliations, general ledger journals, preparedness to learn more complex principle
- Solid knowledge in internal control, accounting knowledge, local taxation and revenue department's regulations
- Good command of English
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- SAP key user, especially FI/CO and basically should understand process flow in ERP
- Computer literacy in MS Office (particularly MS Word and Excel)
- Self-starter with a proactive approach
