work hour Monday-Saturday 08.00-17.00 hrs.
Salary Rang 70-90K/ NA
Gasoline Fleet Card (TBA)
Bonus =Fix 1 months and KPI 3-4 Months/+13,000 Bhat.
Qualifications:
- Male / Female 40-50 years old.
- Bachelors or Master of Human Resource Management of related fields.
- Experience in all HR Function more than 8 years old.
- Experience in using MS Office.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- all Control Supervise and manage human resource to be in accordance with the regulations and announcement of the company, as creating good labour relations within the organization.
- Work on manpower planning and establishing supervisory structure, preparing job descriptions, recruiting, selecting, transferring evaluation, training managing wages, 5S activities, and implementing the ISO/TS 16949 quality system.
- Create business plan as per the senior management has identified, both in short term and long term by making plans in accordance with the business.
- Control and monitor the performance of various activities in the responsible unit in accordance with the policy goals and plans set.
- Responsible for personnel and administrative tasks.
- Receive policies from senior management to implement and publicize to Department managers, Department Heads, and Department Unit Head to acknowledge and implement accordingly.
- Supervise the computer department (IT) to support all users.
- Strictly control and supervise the rules and regulations of the company by having the power to warming or taking disciplinary action (punishing) according to company regulations.
- Consider the criteria for promotion, leveling, transforming of employees of all departments together with various department managers and present to senior management meeting.
- Inspect the announcement and prepare announcements approved by senior management or in accordance with the resolutions of senior management meetings.
- Consider various training courses to appropriately support works of all departments in the company.
- Solving problems as per company rules and regulations and report to supervisor.
