SUMMARY
Key responsibilities include the areas of Sales & Marketing,
Project Management, coordinator and commercial activities including handling assessment management
control and reporting to General Manager
New customer account, calculate quotation, price negotiation, control
and advise subordinates to take care oversea and domestic customers, Forecast Management,
Control Sales Report and review customer claim
Manage and Coordinate to all related section to ensure the
programs have flawless launch and meet schedule & customer satisfaction
Handle performance management, career and success planning Sales
team DUTIES
& RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make quotation, Price Negotiation, Get competitor information Check weekly forecast
- Manage mainly current business (under development or mass-production), to
maintain good evaluation by our customers, support more smooth operation to all concerned
- Maintenance of action plans to keep or get program on schedule
- Provide Sales forecast and develop the effective strategic planning and
marketing plan Support sales monthly report
- Summarize important sales issue per week for reporting in Sales meeting
- Seeking for the new business channel to increase sales and market share as well
as build the company profitability
- Develop sales and marketing plan to achieve goals and objectives
- Visit customers very often and ensure all services in company standard tomaximize customer satisfaction and get feedbac from customers
- Maintain good relationship with customer
- Responsible for promote and encourage the achievement of safety,
occupational health and environmental goals.

IATF16949, ISO45001 and ISO 14001 system

QUALIFICATION
/ REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor Degree or Master Degree in Engineering or Related field
- Minimum 7 years in Sale and Marketing for Automotive business
- High responsibility, Strong problem solving skill, Negotiation skill, Strong
leadership and interpersonal skill
- Self-motivated and possessing good follow-up abilities
- Good command of English
- Preferred Japanese Language (N2-N1)
